Return & Exchange Policy

We provide easy return & exchange policy for all our regular products that lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order price or special requirements. All our orders are usually shipped within 7/10 business days. However, it can take up to 15  business days for your item to be delivered.

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.

After shipping the order, we will provide a tracking number to the customer. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow up regularly with the courier company or contact us at our customer support for the package’s delivery issue so our team can help you with it.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account or original method of payment, within 24/48 hours.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALES ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, Sale item can be eligible for exchange only.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item & having a size problem, send us an email at (info@themasterjackets.com)

SHIPPING RETURNS

If you return an item, you should use a traceable shipping service such as USPS or purchasing shipping insurance. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return item is ready, fill up the return form and provide all the details needed & ship the package from the courier service 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
